Sell off of the stadiums contents open day on the 5th of May....
Everything must go ... from goal posts, floodlights to the lockers and benches and 20k seats!!!
Anyone else heard about this.. I'm guessing they are looking for bulk buys, so you can't just buy 1 seat or a locker.
Could WHO arrange for a Groupon style purchase of 500 seats and then we could each purchase 1 each?

Anyone from the BML or Chavs Corner buying a seat is a contradiction - you've never actually sat on it.

To be honest when I say I was in receipt of an email from the club it was actually sent to a cricket club... I think they want clubs in first to buy the large items/bulk stuff like the floodlights or seats.

Ha, love that. Seriously, think the club is planning on just getting some bloke, his grinder, and van to do the same on anything up to 35000 seats. Classy to the end, West Ham!

Ha ha Ha!!! Should do like the couple of blokes did after the Southampton game in 93... saw them walking down the Barking Road with one of the old claret and blue crash barriers... was going in one of the fellas back garden! He must of taken a few tools in there to get that out from the North Bank!

Was in the stadium last week and the update from 'a WHU employee' was that the club is selling off individual seats after the last game 'at a nominal fee' to cover the cost.
Also said there would be about three weeks of 'on the pitch' kickarounds/mates' matches etc after the end of the season.
